Q: Could you offer samples? A: Yes. Sample's production fee is according to actual cost and will be refundable when you place order. And for sure free samples can be offered for the available items.
Q: How can you ensure product quality? A: There're 3 experience QC inspectors checking the product quality and we monitor all the containers loading to make sure the qty is 100% loaded. We guarantee AQL1.0 for major defects, AQL4.0 for minor defects.
Q: Can I get discounts A: Yes, for large order, old customer and frequent customers, we give reasonable discounts.
Q: What is your minimum order? A:Generally our MOQ is 300 pcs each style, but as for first cooperation, we allow trial order for less quantity according to your order.
Q.How about your delivery time? A:Generally, it will take 25 to 30 days for one 40HQ after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
